01 General Provisions
Welcome to mary ph (the "Platform"), operated at maryph.click and accessible through its associated mobile-optimized web interface. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mary ph ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the Platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or simply browsing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use mary ph.
These Terms are written in Philippine English and are intended to be understood by Filipino players. Where there is any ambiguity, interpretations will favor clarity and fairness. Mary ph reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform or by email.
Note: These Terms apply to all game categories on mary ph — including Baccarat, Bingo, Sabong, Color Game, JILI Slots, Betting Odds, and all future additions to the Platform.
02 Eligibility & Registration
To create and maintain an account with mary ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines.
- You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise be in a jurisdiction where accessing mary ph is legally permitted.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by mary ph or by a regulatory authority.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of mary ph or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
Mary ph reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension until the documents are provided and reviewed.
03 Account Responsibilities
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player may only hold one active account on mary ph. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, mary ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with anyone. Mary ph will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our 24/7 support team immediately so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
3.3 Account Currency
All transactions on mary ph — deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game results — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform side.
04 Deposits & Payments
Deposits at mary ph are processed through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 for e-wallets; ₱500 for bank transfers.
- Mary ph does not charge processing fees on deposits. Third-party provider fees, if any, are outside our control.
- Deposits from third parties — meaning someone else's GCash or bank account — are not permitted. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your name.
- Mary ph reserves the right to hold or return any deposit that triggers our fraud detection systems pending investigation.
Important: Only deposit funds that you own and intend to use for gaming. Money used for money laundering, third-party transfers, or fraudulent transactions will result in account termination and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
05 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at mary ph are subject to the following standard conditions:
- A completed KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be sent to payment channels registered in the same name as the mary ph account.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 for e-wallets; ₱500 for bank transfers.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Mary ph does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Standard banking or e-wallet transaction fees imposed by third-party providers may apply.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or reviewed if the account has active bonus wagering requirements, pending KYC documents, or a flagged transaction under review.
Funds that were deposited but never wagered (i.e., deposited and immediately requested for withdrawal without play) may be subject to a processing review at mary ph's discretion. This measure exists to prevent payment system abuse.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
Mary ph offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the relevant wagering requirements and conditions of that promotion.
6.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to your balance and must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted — the specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's details.
- Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
- Mary ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
- Bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion unless used. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
6.2 VIP & Loyalty Program
The mary ph VIP loyalty program rewards regular players with points, cashback, and elevated account privileges. VIP status is granted and maintained at the discretion of mary ph and may be adjusted based on account activity levels.
07 Gameplay & Fair Play
All games on the mary ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair, unbiased outcomes. No human intervention affects the results of any game.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to simulate or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform software. Any such issue must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
- Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or manipulation of betting outcomes.
- Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or use of stolen payment credentials.
In the event of a technical failure or error during a game session, mary ph reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagers to the players involved. Payouts resulting from verifiable system errors are not honored.
08 Responsible Gaming
Mary ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We offer the following tools to help you stay in control:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
- Session Time Limits: Opt in to receive reminders about how long you've been playing.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account when you need a break.
- Reality Checks: Periodic alerts that show your session duration and net gaming position.
Players who exhibit signs of problem gambling may have responsible gaming measures applied to their account by the mary ph team, even without a formal request. These measures are in place to protect you — not to penalize you.

09 Privacy & Data
Mary ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our full data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and where applicable, marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Mary ph will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for the relevant service.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the mary ph Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of mary ph or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from mary ph.
The name mary ph and its associated branding are protected marks. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is prohibited.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mary ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Mary ph's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Mary ph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned outages in advance.
12 Account Termination
Mary ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
- The player is found to have provided false information during registration or KYC.
- There is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
- The account poses a risk under Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate account closure.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Where a voluntary closure request is made, any remaining balance of legitimately sourced funds (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player after final verification.
13 Changes to These Terms
Mary ph may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of mary ph after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
