  • Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya (PayMaya Philippines Inc.), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and card network partners receive only the data required to complete your transaction.
  • KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party identity verification services that confirm your government ID documents as part of the KYC process. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: When required by Philippine law, court order, or the rules of a licensed regulatory body. Mary ph will only disclose the minimum information required by any such order.
  • Technology and infrastructure partners: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

All third parties with whom mary ph shares data are contractually required to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures consistent with Philippine data privacy standards.

06 How Long We Keep Your Data

Mary ph retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Philippine law and regulatory obligations.

  • Active account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus a minimum of five years after account closure, in line with AML record-keeping requirements.
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of transaction, as required under Philippine financial regulations.
  • KYC documents: Retained for five years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
  • Support records: Retained for three years from the date of the interaction.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one year for audit purposes.

Once data has passed its retention period and there is no legal basis to continue holding it, mary ph securely destroys or anonymizes it.

Despite these measures, no digital system is completely immune to risk. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, mary ph will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players in accordance with the notification requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

10 Children's Privacy

The mary ph Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the legal gaming age. If a minor has accessed the Platform and created an account using false age information, any data collected in connection with that account will be deleted upon discovery.

11 International Data Transfers

Mary ph primarily processes and stores data within the Philippines or in jurisdictions with comparable data protection standards.
